|Sunday was a good bit warmer than Saturday, and we decided to head into Coir a' Ghrunnda to climb on the White Slab (which faces roughly south) to make the most of the warmth. We've climbed here a couple of times, and after deciding to give the Direct a miss, we did the route White Slab. Helen and I did this route 3 years ago, when I wasn't overly impressed at the time, but to be honest, the climbing up to the rake is really good. The rock is fantastic, and it's in a great position. We wrapped up for a cold one, but the wind steadily dropped and it was quite warm in the end. It was really good to be across on the west coast again, and it was painful to have to leave, knowing that the forecast for Monday was good aswell.
